LIFE:

New nail length. Scalp problems still present, without redness. Oversea Café and Mr. Lecker Döner shop. Eating lentil dal by hand. Wooden cutlery.

September 27, 2024.

Good morning, you dear person! It is 8:00 AM. I'm looking out the window and seeing blue skies with small, scattered clouds being pushed around by strong winds. Today there will be sunshine. Yay! ☀️

I slept naked again, and as I look at my naked body and stiff penis, it tempts me to give myself a hand. Should I free myself from this temptation? 😝

I was almost shocked when I looked at my eyebrows or rather at my now single eyebrow.

Letting my unibrow grow

The hair growth between the two brows has reached a critical value where I feel the urge to trim the hair there. But no, I won’t do that, because then I would be doing what society wants of me and not what I want. I'll stay brave like Frida Kahlo!

My fingernails are also quite long by now. At least by my standards. I'm wondering if I should trim them or define this current length as the new standard length?

Letting my fingernails grow long as a man

The downside of this length is: It would be too dangerous to finger a goddess with such claws. I probably need to use something else to bring the goddess to orgasm. I'll get inspired later while eating a döner at Mr. Tasty.

Nonetheless, I will keep my nails at this length. I found them very handy yesterday when I removed a pumpkin piece stuck between my teeth with my fingers after eating. Plus, fingernails are not just there; they serve as protection for the fingertips and should generally extend to the level of the fingertip, just as mine do now. (Did you know that fingernails have been around for 55 million years? Unlike claws, which have existed for 260 million years.)

I have combed my hair with my fingers and made it neat, and unfortunately, hair loss is still there. The intake of supplements or avoiding bread doesn’t seem to have influenced the hair loss so far. I will probably have to wait longer to see if these measures help with my hair loss at all. However, there has definitely been an improvement, namely the redness of the scalp, especially at the hairline in front, and the redness in my beard under the nose and on the chin hasn’t occurred for quite a while. I can’t give an exact date as to when this started. Either since the no-gluten experiment or even since the beginning of taking supplements. Around that time. I think that’s great because the redness was very itchy.

I have now resolved to simply accept the dandruff—after doing the personification exercise with Julia. However, the bald spot on the back of my head is still there and doesn't seem to really be shrinking, but is only better covered by the growing hair.

Before I went into town, I washed my T-shirt and underwear. I know that the black color of my clothes is unhealthy for both me and the environment. Today it became even more apparent when I drained the water from the sink after washing. I looked at the enamel of the sink and saw that small black fuzz was stuck to it. Some of them are so small that they can only be seen with close inspection and enough light. And these dyed "chemical particles" particularly land on my skin when it's moist. That just can't be healthy. Now I’m even more convinced to switch to unbleached/unprocessed clothing.

I looked at the fridge in the kitchen. Somehow the thought that this big thing (the fridge) belongs to me creates an unpleasant feeling inside me. It’s like I don’t want to own the fridge. It feels like an unnecessary ankle bracelet to me, just like every big item I own, like the washing machine, the bed, the kitchen, or the table. I emphasize that the uneasy feeling comes only from the fact that I OWN these things and not that they exist. Living extremely minimally in my last shared apartment has probably greatly changed me in this regard. Less is indeed more. I think I’ll sell the fridge.

On my way in the city. I left the book about good sleep in the Arneken Gallery. Whoever wants it has to act fast. 🤓

Around 11 AM, I was at my usual café. This time I’m sitting with a mint tea at Mom's laptop (she is not here anyway and really doesn’t need the laptop).

Drinking tea instead of coffee

I’m making a few changes to the structure of my diary.

  • First, I removed a lot of old, unused CSS code.
  • The prehistory is now directly on the main page and can be skipped if necessary to get straight to the diary entries.
  • I also added many older titles of diary entries that I haven't published yet. But just the titles, not the texts. 🤫

Then I finally checked out the café "Übersee" and had a decaffeinated coffee there. The atmosphere is breezy, fitting for the name. So if you want a seaside breeze with your coffee, you should come here! 😄 (Luckily, there are blankets.) It's a nice café, the only downside is that you can only pay in cash here. It started to rain, and I chatted with an older lady who was sitting next to me. She asked me if I wasn't cold being barefoot. Nope. Only on my upper body. But with the blanket, it was fine. She then told me about her life, and I felt like a psychologist again. 😅

After the rain, I continued on and checked out the kebab shop "Mr. Lecker," which is recommended by vegetarians from Hildesheim. 😛 I got a falafel roll with chickpea balls and homemade bread for 5 euros. They have cool benches here that are coated with a "glaze" – I initially thought the wood was wet. Mr. Lecker in Hildesheim

The place is definitely very busy, and most people get shawarma, a seemingly Lebanese specialty, if I heard correctly. What I like here is that the kebab for eating on-site is wrapped in paper instead of aluminum foil. Next time, I'll ask if they can give it to me without paper. I eat everything with my hands anyway; it will be a good practice to eat with my hands outside the house as well. To eat a falafel roll, I don't need a paper border. This also helps reduce unnecessary waste.

I then drove to Borsum. The package with the four bamboo spoons arrived. I waited there until evening for Mom to come home with her new company car. In the meantime, I continued revising the structure of my diary.

I washed my hair with water and then combed it back to see how long it is already. It has grown quite well. 😎 Growing long hair as a man

I did something that not even an Indian would do (or?). I ate lentil dal with my hand (even with my left hand, a nightmare for any Indian). And it worked out very well, even though lentil dal is a porridge. By now, I manage to eat in such a way that only my fingers get half dirty. The rest of my hand stays clean. In the end, I lick them (as if I were Mr. Lecker 😅) and rinse under the faucet. Eating lentil porridge with hands

While eating, I realized how important it is to not have chemical stuff on your hands when you eat with your hands regularly. So no creams, soap or disinfectant residues, dish soap residues, laundry detergent residues, or other chemical residues, because otherwise it quickly ends up in the body.

I then drove back to Hildesheim around 7 PM, and Mom arrived directly with the company car. She then took the bus with me to pick up her car from Hildesheim, as it is being sold tomorrow. She was hungry, so I went back to "Mr. Lecker" and got a falafel roll for both her and me.

Once home, I compared the arrived wooden spoons made of olive wood with the stainless steel spoons in black. The black spoons look cooler, but they are more harmful to health and cannot be disposed of easily in organic waste or nature. The untreated wooden spoons, on the other hand, consist only of pure biomass. Pure nature. Wooden cutlery is healthy and better than stainless steel
