August 29, 2023: Sleep without a pillow. Avoid vitamin B12 overdose. No more cell phone case and only 2 shorts.


Micro Changes:
  1. I no longer own a pillow. I have adapted to sleeping without one and am no longer dependent on it for a good night's sleep. This change means I no longer have to deal with the hassle of washing and drying pillowcases.
  2. I no longer use a phone case. The cards and cash that were previously in the wallet-like case are now stored in a designated compartment of my backpack.
  3. I have reduced the number of my shorts from 3 (including swim shorts) to 2 (including swim shorts).
  4. I do not take any supplements containing an excessive overdose of the daily nutrient requirement without a doctor's prescription.
